Please read these terms carefully before booking your domestic or international travel packages with Blinka Trip. They govern our relationship with you.

1. Booking Policy

Welcome to Blinka Trip. By booking a tour, cab, or hotel with us, you agree to the following:

  • All bookings are strictly subject to the availability of hotels, flights, and transport at the time of processing.
  • A booking is considered "Confirmed" only after receiving the mandatory advance token amount.
  • Flight and train tickets are governed by the respective airline/railway policies and are subject to dynamic pricing until ticketed.
  • Customized packages or international trips may require different booking conditions, which will be clearly communicated via email or WhatsApp.

2. Payment Terms

To secure your reservation, the following standard payment schedule applies (unless stated otherwise for international trips):

30% At the time of Booking
50% 15 Days before Arrival
20% On Arrival (Cash/UPI)

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, due to prepayments made to hotels, transport vendors, and airlines, standard cancellation charges apply:

30+ Days before travel 90% Refund
15-29 Days before travel 50% Refund
7-14 Days before travel 25% Refund
Less than 7 Days No Refund

*Flight ticket cancellations are subject to the specific airline's policy. Processing fees of 5% may apply on all tour refunds. Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.


4. Identification & Documents

  • It is mandatory for all guests (including children) to carry a valid Government ID proof (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport).
  • PAN Card is NOT accepted as valid address proof by hotels anywhere in India.
  • For international trips (e.g., Dubai, Bali, Thailand), a valid Passport (with at least 6 months validity from the travel date) and proper Visa are mandatory.
  • Guests are solely responsible for ensuring their travel documents are in order before departure.

5. Travel Conduct & Local Guidelines

As you explore diverse destinations across India and internationally, we request our guests to respect local traditions and laws:

Please Note: Certain destinations (like holy cities, heritage sites, or specific international locations) have strict rules regarding dress codes, photography, and alcohol consumption.
  • Modest clothing is highly recommended while visiting religious or spiritual sites.
  • Please adhere strictly to environmental guidelines in hill stations, beaches, and wildlife reserves. Do not litter.
  • Blinka Trip is not responsible for any penalties, fines, or legal actions faced by guests due to non-compliance with local laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Blinka Trip acts solely as a booking agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, and other contractors. We shall not be held responsible for:

  • Delays or alterations in the itinerary due to natural hazards, flight/train cancellations, weather conditions, sickness, or political unrest ("Force Majeure").
  • Any loss, injury, or damage to person or property during the tour.
  • Any extra costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances; these must be borne by the guest directly on the spot.
  • Denial of hotel check-in or international immigration due to improper identification documents.
