Fair & Transparent Process

1. Cancellation Charges

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both you and our operational partners (hotels, transporters, and airlines). The refund percentage depends on how early you inform us before the travel date.

3. Non-Refundable Components

Certain bookings are non-refundable once made, regardless of when you cancel:

Flight/Train Tickets
Refund subject to airline/railway policy only.
Visa & Insurance Fees
Visa fees, travel insurance, and theme park tickets are non-refundable.
Peak Season Dates
Bookings for major festival dates (New Year, Diwali, Long Weekends) are 100% Non-Refundable due to high demand.

4. Force Majeure (Acts of God)

In cases where the tour is cancelled due to natural calamities (extreme weather, floods, earthquakes), riots, or government lockdowns:

Credit Note Policy: We do not offer cash refunds in such cases. Instead, you will be issued a Credit Note for the full advance amount, valid for travel within the next 12 months.
